Paul Ceynowa displayed a photograph of himself at a camp between fighting alongside fellow Marines on Iwo Jima during World War II.
It took Paul Ceynowa 50 years to talk about the day he ran across the beach of a Japanese-held island, unsure if his life would end like it did for the man next to him.

City of Frazee lawyers up


With an additional $169,912 asbestos clean up bill and a possible $10,000 fine, the city is trusting in legal council to hold the professional parties accountable for improper practices.
The city of Frazee may find out in court if relying on professional services to do a job right was a wise decision, or one that could cost the city more than $180,000.
