All trailers transporting water-related items required to get new AIS sticker

If transporting a watercraft, dock or lift by trailer a new sticker will be required as of July 1. The law calls for the sticker to be present on trailers even if just passing through the state without dipping into Minnesota waters.

2014 in Review: New business, new buildings, big news


Anderson Bus & Coach started offering rentals as well as the option of renting a double decker bus.

Big news in business for the area in 2014 was the demolition of the old All In All convenience store in Frazee, and the new one opening.

Cheryl Lynn in Vergas added an awning to her building, as well as a complete makeover to the inside and outside of the shop.

Daggett Truck Line revamped its towing business in 2014, which included two tow trucks, one for passenger vehicles and one for commercial vehicles.
The cities of Frazee and Vergas had five new businesses open in 2014, and one new business building built.

2014 in Review: Road project fiasco tops 2014 Frazee news, otherwise filled with recreational and progressive accomplishments


The Becker County 118 road project started out smooth in 2014, but once old asbestos pipes were crushed the project expenses climbed.

Frazee’s Town Lake welcomed an official ski club in 2014, which uses the calm waters of the lake to practice its moves and use a ski course the club set up.
The most notable story making headlines for the city of Frazee in 2014 may likely make front page news in 2015 as well.
