Self-control

Laurie and her husband, Dean, live in Frazee with their dog, Reba. Laurie’s passions are family time, ministry and music. She is a Synodically Authorized Minister serving Waters of Grace Lutheran and the community of Frazee, an accomplished pianist, and also loves to dabble with acoustic guitar. Other hobbies include writing, gardening, cooking, canning, and anything that brings her outdoors in and among God’s beautiful creation.
By contrast, the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.  There is no law against such things.

- Galatians 5:22-23

Coming out of hibernation – chaperoning: part one

Friends Tosha Noel, Maddie Bowers, Grace Jaroszewski (top) and CallaBelle Nundahl having fun at the circus.

Light at end of the tunnel

Star of Bethlehem
Despite the threat of a major blizzard this past week, I can really see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I truly believe we will soon see that spring is just around the corner.
