History of Frazee – The Daggetts

While doing the series of articles on the history of Frazee and interesting biographies of individuals or families I used the 1991 Centennial book as an easy reference, using some of the more interesting or unique stories.

The waning days of summer

My 37-inch pike I lip-hooked Sunday on a walleye spinner rig.

The 3.5 pound walleye that almost got away from my sister Trish.
As temperatures cool down, days start to shorten and leaves start to fall, it’s a reminder that summer must come to an end.

Many thanks to all the volunteers

I just think events like Turkey Days, Looney Daze and Harvest Festival are so iconic of small towns.

It’s a real show of what people working together can do to create fun for all ages.
