Willis Mattson of the Laurentian Lakes Chapter spoke to the Frazee City Council about a land purchase.
The Frazee City Council was informed the Laurentian Lakes Chapter of the North Country Trail is trying to acquire a portion of the Mark Kelly property set to be auctioned at the end of May.
