Important Information Regarding Property Assessments
This may affect your 2021
property taxes.
The Local Board of Appeal and Equalization for Frazee City will meet on April 23rd, 2021 from 3:00 pm until adjourned, at the Frazee City Fire Hall.
The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor. If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the local Board of Appeal and Equalization. The board will review your assessments and may make corrections as needed.
An appearance, or letter, before your local Board of Appeal and Equalization is required by law before an appeal can be taken to the county Board of Appeal and Equalization. All appearances before the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization should be by appointment.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST BY THE FRAZEE
UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Frazee, Minnesota will hold a public hearing on March 15, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Frazee Event Center, located at 114 Lake Street North, Frazee, Minnesota, for a conditional use permit request by the Frazee United Methodist Church to construct a new church building to be located at 601 9th Street NW (Red Willow Heights development). Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, face covering and social distancing requirements will be followed during the hearing.

Furthermore, a public comment period for the aforementioned conditional use permit request will be held from March 2, 2021, to March 12, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Comments can be emailed to Denise Anderson, City Clerk/Administrator, at denise.anderson@frazeecity.com. Written comments can be submitted either via the drop box at the City Office, located at 222 Main Avenue West, Frazee, Minnesota, or mailed to: City of Frazee, PO Box 387, Frazee, MN 56544. After the close of the public comment period, comments received will be forwarded to the City Council for review and included in the public record for the March 15, 2021, public hearing.

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on March 24, 2021 at 1:15 p.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 913 Lake Avenue, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, on a petition for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of Decedent’s heirs, and for the appointment of Marty Haglund, whose address is 440 Kirk Ln., Media, PA 19063, as personal representative of the Decedent’s estate in a supervised administration.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the Decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets; to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; to sell real and personal property; and to do all necessary acts for the Decedent’s estate.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the Decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.
