Frazee, Vergas residents roll into lead of national bowling event


The Frazee based bowling team Oakridge Farms surged into the lead of the Classified Team event at the national bowling championships. Team members are (from left) Greg Mickelson, Jon Smith, Allan Wendt, Jerry Kemper and Mark Bylander.
The luck of the draw determined the lineup for Oakridge Farms of Frazee at the 2014 United States Bowling Congress Open Championships in Reno, and fate was on the team's side as it edged into the lead in Classified Team by a single pin.
