Daryla Edmond will be taking over the duties of coordinator at the Frazee library site.

Daryla Edmond was recently named as the new coordinator at the Frazee library, which is part of the Lake Agassiz Regional Library system.

Edmond, a former certified nursing assistant, lives in Frazee with her significant other, three children and a German Shepherd. She enjoys serving her community at the Frazee library and says she appreciates how welcoming the community has been.

Edmond’s appointment is the result of the retirement of the previous coordinator, Patty Nunn. Nunn served as coordinator for 6 years before retiring in 2020.

Before serving as coordinator in Frazee, Nunn worked for the Detroit Lakes Public Library for 15 years, as well as touring the state as an oral storyteller. Even though she no longer works behind the desk, Nunn intends to remain a loyal library user.
