Lee William Aho was charged in Becker County District Court with three felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under the age of 13  and two felony counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under the age of 16.

According to reports, the 44-year-old rural Frazee man is accused of having sexual contact on multiple occasions with two different girls. Reports stated  the contact started before they were 10 years of age. 

On March 29, District Judge Waldemar Senyk set a cash bail of $2,500 or bond at $25,000, with standard conditions of release. A bond at $100,000 would offer release with no condition.

The following day, District Judge Michael Fritz set cash bail for the second-degree charges at $1,500 or bond at $15,000, with standard conditions of release. A bond with no conditions was set at $60,000. Aho’s initial court appearance is set for April 12.
