TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Frazee, Minnesota will hold a public hearing on July 19, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Frazee Fire Hall, located at 222 Main Avenue W, Frazee, Minnesota, on a proposed railroad quiet zone. The proposed quiet zone would include and involve improvements to the Lake Street (MNTH 87) and 5th Street NW (CSAH 82) crossings. The Lake Street (MNTH 87) crossing would be improved through the installation of traffic channelization

devices (Qwick Kurb), pedestrian mazes, and pedestrian fencing, as well as the modification of the Endeavor Road intersection (right-in/right-out turns only). The 5th Street NW (CSAH 82) crossing would be improved through the installation of traffic channelization devices (Qwick Kurb). 

Any person may speak to the City Council concerning the proposed quiet zone at the time of the public hearing. Those unable to attend the public hearing may submit their written comments to Jordin Roberts, City Clerk/Administrator, at PO Box 387, 222 Main Avenue W, Frazee, MN 56544.
