Monday, Sept. 20

9:28 a.m. Assist with a fire on 120th St.

Tuesday, Sept. 21

2:09 p.m. Complaint of young girl playing on/by the recycle bins on W Main Ave.  Officer talked with mom and child about dangers of playing in the area.

3:12 p.m. Camper at the city campground overstaying their payment.

5:13 p.m. Loose dog, kids had caught the canine.

Wednesday, Sept. 22

9:03 p.m. Report of a juvenile male who was suicidal and left his house. Officer found boy and brought him home. Talked with boy and parents.

Thursday, Sept. 23

12:35 p.m. Assist St. Cloud, Minn. police with locating female that may be in Frazee. St. Cloud officer called around 3 p.m. and said all was fine.  

1:25 p.m. Vehicle towed from city lot after not moving for several months.

3:22 p.m. Report of theft of items from the thrift store. Under investigation, charges pending.

3:27 p.m. Assist with an investigation with the Las Cruces New Mexico Police Department.

4:59 p.m. Received unused medication turned in by community member.

Friday, Sept. 24

3:40 p.m. Child custody issue at the elementary school.

Monday, Sept. 27

1:25 p.m. Citation issued to teenager for possession of tobacco on school property.

1:35 p.m. Welfare check on female. Taken to ER.

Tuesday, Sep. 28

11:31 a.m. Domestic incident between male and female in the middle of the street. Under investigation.

3:32 p.m. School bus stop arm violation on W Main Ave.

4:45 p.m. Local business reporting someone tried to cash a check from their account. The check was not cashed due to invalid account information on the check, most likely a scam.  

5:04 p.m. Local couple reporting getting some threatening calls on their phone and answering machine.  Calls were from the IRS and talked about owing money.  Officer advised to ignore the calls and delete the messages.

Wednesday, Sept. 29

2:42 p.m. Assist with a medical.

3:28 p.m. Child custody issue.

Thursday, Sept. 30

11:37 a.m. Report of a domestic situation that happened in the recent past.  Children reported to the school who called human services who called the police. Under investigation.

6:22 p.m. Assist with a medical.

9:04 p.m. Suspicious vehicle reported in the Eagle Lake Park area. Officer did not notice anything suspicious when in the area.

10:59 p.m. Report of an intoxicated male on the sidewalk. Officer found a male sleeping on the step to his apartment building. Male seemed to have a gullet full of adult tonic water. Officer woke the male up and suggested he go upstairs to go to bed.  The male said he didn’t want to go home as they were not getting along. Officer suggested somewhere else to sleep rather than the sidewalk, even under a tree since it was a nice evening.  Male did not like that idea and asked that the officer take him to jail. Officer declined that offer due to no crime being committed.  Officer then suggested that he just go inside and sleep in the hallway. Male thought that was a pretty OK idea and went inside to snooze on the steps.
