Fly Girls take third in jazz, return to state

The Frazee Fly Girls will make a return to the state dance competition after they took third place at the Section 4A meet on Saturday at Wadena-Deer Creek High School. Last year the Fly Girls took fifth place at the state competition, which will be held on Friday, Feb. 18 at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minn. In addition to jazz, the Fly Girls placed fourth in a tightly contested high kick competition, narrowly missing out on a chance to advance to state in that event as well.
