Busch Light has revealed that Kira, a rescue pup from Perham, has won the Busch Bark Bracket. As the winning pup, Kira will be featured on 40,000 cans of Busch Dog Brew sold nationwide when a new flavor is releashed in the fall.

At the peak of March Madness, Busch announced a bracket-style competition where a dog could be the face of the new Busch Dog Brew flavor. The friendly showdown put dogs head-to-head as voters nationwide weighed in on social media to decide who will be the mascot of the new brew. Kira ultimately won the hearts of millions and is very furtunate for this opportunity.

Kira overcame a ruff past to get to where she is today. At three weeks old, she was found in a ditch by local police officers as a puppy, and after being rescued by a local Humane Society, she is now living a happy life with her owner who calls her a fun-loving goof.
