Jack Hall, Frazee-Vergas Class of 2021, was presented with a $500 VFW Post 7702 scholarship that he earned by successfully completing his first semester at the University of North Dakota. Presenting the check is VFW member Scott Ulschmid, along with VFW member Paul Lakin.
