A Frazee man was sentenced in Becker County District Court for felony DWI.

Robert Frank Orlando Williamson, 39, of rural Frazee was sentenced by District Judge Michelle W. Lawson to 36 months in prison at St. Cloud, stayed five years.

Williamson was ordered to serve 189 days in jail, with credit for 18 days served and work release privileges were granted.

He was fined $1,500 plus $1,675 in court fees. Williamson was also ordered to complete a chemical assessment and follow the recommendations.

Williamson was placed on supervised probation for five years and must complete 30 days of electronic alcohol monitoring for each year on probation.

The sentence stems from a July 14, 2021, incident when law enforcement responded to a vehicle rollover on Becker County Road 36.

According to court records, the vehicle drifted into the ditch and back onto the highway, where it went airborne and rolled.

Williamson was the lone vehicle occupant and was transported to Sanford Hospital in Fargo.

Records show his blood alcohol concentration was 0.18 percent, more than double the legal limit of 0.08 percent.

According to state records, Williamson has three other DWI offenses, gross misdemeanor convictions in 2018, 2019 and a felony conviction in 2021.
