Nathan Longfors scored 9 points in the second half, but it wasn’t enough as the Frazee Hornets fell to Lake Park-Audubon by a score of 70-43 on Thursday night. 

The Hornets were led offensively by Carter Sonnenberg who scored 19 points and pulled down a team-high 8 rebounds. Longfors chipped in with all 9 of his points in the second half, while Asher Blaine scored 7 points and finished with 6 rebounds, Adam Vigen and Alex Helmers each scored 3 points and Zach Longfors finished with 1 point. 

On Tuesday the Hornets will travel to Sebeka for a non-conference game. The varsity will start at 5:45 p.m., before Frazee travels to Pelican Rapids on Friday for their Heart O’ Lakes Conference opener.
