Notes from the Chief

Friday, Nov. 25

12:48 p.m. Vehicle unlock on Rivercrest Drive. 

4:45 p.m. Report of a disagreement between a cashier and customer over discrepancy in purchase.  

10:08 p.m. Report of a custody issue and mother and child were in Frazee. Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office (originating agency) conducted a search warrant on house in Frazee and child was located. Mother was taken into custody by Otter Tail County.  

Saturday, Nov. 26 

4:26 p.m. Elderly female out walking. Officer gave her a ride home. 

9:38 p.m. Residential alarm reported. Officer checked house and all was ok. 

10:46 p.m. Traffic stop leading to recovery of a stolen vehicle and possession of a controlled substance. Lawrence Domino III, 53, Dilworth arrested for above charges and Driving After Revocation.  

Monday, Nov. 28 

2:57 p.m. Female reporting another court order violation by male. 

Tuesday, Nov. 29 

8:01 a.m. Backgrounds completed for landlord. 

8:27 a.m. Report of a phone missing/stolen from the high school. Phone was pinged to a location in Frazee and a search warrant was applied for and granted. Phone was not found. 

9:30 a.m. Report of a female that fell near Lake and Main. Officer did not see anyone needing assistance. 

11:45 a.m. Report of someone selling a vehicle and not getting paid. New owner has since sold the vehicle to her uncle and still hasn’t transferred the title. Uncle said he bought the car from his niece and will transfer the title. Original caller may have to go to court to get paid as it is a civil issue.  

3:20 p.m. Officers executed search warrant with assistance from Becker County Deputies. 

6:54 p.m. Report of possible court order violation.  

Wednesday, Nov. 30 

3:50 p.m. Report from a citizen that when he was filling gas, a male party jumped into his pickup passenger seat. He startled the man when he asked what he was doing and the male left. Officer did not find said seat jumper. 

7:32 p.m. Disturbance reported on Cherry Ave. Family disturbance with unwanted female leaving before cops arrived. 

Thursday, Dec. 1 

5:08 p.m. Resident had questions about a carport. 

7:49 p.m. Report from a parent of an assault on the school bus while driving from elementary to high school. Follow up needed.
