Vergas speed limit to stay at 40 mph

County Engineer Charles Grotte provided the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners with a highway department update that included a study on the 40 miles per hour speed limit on County Road 4 in Vergas. The study recommended no change to the speed limit.
