Group to meet the third Wednesday of each month

Mary Swenson, the new Grief Care Coordinator at Furey Funeral Home, if hosting “Caring Cup,” a grief care group in Frazee.

The group will be meeting every third Wednesday of each month, excluding national holidays, beginning Feb. 15. 

Everyone experiences losses in their life and you are not alone.

“We want to provide a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for you to connect and share with others who are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings,” Swenson said. “Please join us once a month for coffee, treats and friendship as we face the challenges of life after loss together. Our goal is that this be a time of fellowship, support and encouragement. I am looking forward to sharing a cup of coffee with you soon.”

Meetings will be held from 10:30-11:30 a.m., at Furey Funeral Home, 33832 State Hwy 87, in Frazee.
