Charges stem to allegations against a minor

Jeremiah Richard Dahring, of Frazee, has been charged with felony first and second-degree criminal sexual conduct in Becker County District Court.

Dahring, 36, was also charged with felony privacy interference through the use of cell phone cameras, hidden cameras. Dahring is accused of sexual offenses against a girl under the age of 14, according to court records. 

Bail or bond was set at $250,000 without conditions, or cash bail or bond of $100,000 with conditions on Tuesday, March 14.

Dahring posted a $100,000 bond the same day and was released. He is to have no contact with the girl, cannot enter her residence, along with no unsupervised contact with girls under 16-years-old. 

Dahring is scheduled to appear next month before Becker County District Judge Michael Fritz on Monday, May 8.
