The sale of the land slated for Wannigan Regional Park is scheduled to officially close in the near future between property owner Greg Ness and the Frazee Community Development Corporation. The update was announced at Tuesday’s meeting of the Frazee Economic Development Authority. Wannigan Regional Park will be located in Burlington Township, just north of the City of Frazee boundary and includes roughly .70 miles of Otter Tail River frontage. The site is adjacent to the high school and elementary school complex, about 0.5 miles from downtown Frazee.
