The Minnesota FFA Association has named Dr. Lavyne Rada as its new Executive Director. 

Rada assumed the role of Executive Director on Monday, June 5. 

She brings experience in FFA and agricultural education to this role where she will be working with Minnesota FFA members, agriculture teachers, and numerous stakeholders.

With Dr. Rada being an integral part of the Association staff since 2014, this new role is a testament to her outstanding dedication, expertise, and exceptional performance. Throughout her tenure, Rada has consistently exhibited exceptional leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and a remarkable ability to drive results.

In her previous role as Regional Supervisor and Program Manager, Rada played a crucial role in organizing, developing, and implementing new and existing training for student growth while strengthening Minnesota FFA’s growing membership of nearly 16,000 students. As Executive Director, Rada will assume broader responsibilities and play a pivotal role in shaping Minnesota FFA’s future.
