Friday, June 30

6:40 p.m. Officer saw an adult male riding a minibike on the sidewalk then on State Hwy 87. Officer stopped the mini-bike and explained the many illegal issues going on. Male pushed the minibike back to his house.

Saturday, July 1

9:53 p.m. 911 hang-up. All ok.  

Monday, July 3

1:30 p.m. Complaint from a male that he purchased a vehicle and had not received the title yet.  

2:02 p.m. Complaint that vehicles on E. and W. Juniper are not yielding to vehicles on Lake St. S. at the intersection. Information will be passed on to MNDOT and Becker County Hwy Dept.

2:47 p.m. Report of missing laundry at the laundromat. Officer checked the video and found who took the clothes. Male said he mistakenly may have took the clothes because he was using multiple machines. All was figured out and the clothes were returned. 

3:51 p.m. Male reporting that he has a contract with a property owner to work on cleaning up the property.

5:18 p.m. Bicycle reported left on the sidewalk for a few days. Officer picked up the bike and it is at the PD.

5:37 p.m. Civil complaint regarding child custody.

7:36 p.m. Female party causing an issue at a residence. Officer gave the female a ride to a friend’s house across town.

9:51 p.m. Report of a dog biting a child. Report for records only, parents talked with the dog owner.

Tuesday, July 4

9:07 p.m. Parking complaint of motorcycle on wrong side of road.

Wednesday, July 5

4:39 p.m. Three properties identified or complainants called about weeds and thistles. Officer talked with property owners to address the situations.

12:18 a.m. Domestic assault reported. Ongoing investigation.

Thursday, July 6

10:56 a.m. Civil complaint involving two juvenile boys and them trading vehicles. Parents got involved and vehicles were returned.

Friday, July 7

3:15 p.m. Resident calling with concerns about a neighbor’s dog.  

Sunday, July 9

3:15 p.m. Motorist on Co Hwy 10.

Monday, July 10

1:42 p.m. Resident calling to report garbage from her neighbors is blowing into her yard. Officer talked with other neighbor and he picked up the garbage. The neighbors then shared phone numbers.

Tuesday, July 11

12:28 p.m. Driver warned for parking in a no parking zone on Lake St. N.

3:23 p.m. Complaint of thistles growing in yard. Officer talked with the property owner and the lawn was taken care of.

7:12 p.m. Weeds and vehicle ordinance violations. Officer talked with the homeowner who said he would take care of the issues.

Wednesday, July 12

10:37 a.m. Assist with a medical.

6:05 p.m. Complaint of a snowmobile trailer in a front yard against city ordinance. Officer talked with the homeowner who does not have access to the backyard, only through neighbor’s yards. Homeowner said he did not want to have to sell his house in town over a snowmobile trailer. 

9:46 p.m. Report of an open window at a business. Officer closed the window and let the property manager know of the situation.

Thursday, July 13

7:47 p.m. Assist with medical.

11:02 p.m. Report of a suspicious male looking through trash cans. Officer talked with and identified male who was then allowed to be on his way.
