NLDA to collaborate in song and dance performance

The LionHeart Experience is returning to Frazee, Perham and Detroit Lakes this week.

The team of performers is returning to the area to provide a performance that engages kids and communities with a dynamic program. This December they will be presenting at Detroit Lakes Schools and Perham Schools during the day and an evening community event at Frazee Schools.

The LionHeart Experience is one of the most amazing educational, magical, youth-focused events we have ever had at Frazee Schools,” Counselor Ta Fett said in a release. “It is so different and so engaging. Our students, staff, and community loved the dynamic presentation.”

The LionHeart Experience will be including about 30 local student dancers from Frazee, Perham, Detroit Lakes, and Park Rapids who attend the Northern Lights Dance Academy for a very special collaborative song and dance experience.

LionHeart leader, Joe Vercellino and Northern Lights Dance Academy Executive Director, Kiala Rae Velde have been working together to create this incredible artistic endeavor.

“This collaboration of the performing arts for this powerful event is nothing short of inspirational,” Fett said. “I guarantee you will be moved by this experience.”
