The Essentia Health St. Mary’s-Detroit Lakes Clinic is excited to welcome Jenna Mazour, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner specializing in dermatology.

“Essentia Health is pivotal to health care in Detroit Lakes,” said Mazour. “Dermatology is my passion and Essentia Health provided me with the opportunity to practice what I love in a community that is home to me.”

Mazour received her medical education from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy and the Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Certification Board.

“I originally got into medicine because I wanted to work in a field where I used my hands rather than sitting behind a desk,” said Mazour. “Dermatology has given me the ability to provide direct patient care, but also perform a variety of complex and unique procedures.”
