Danielle Piche, of Frazee, has received three scholarships from Minnesota State University Moorhead: the Hazel and Simon Nakken Scholarship, Ben McCashland Scholarship and Senior Science Education Teacher Scholarship. 

Piche is a graduate of Frazee High School, and her parents are Scott and Lisa Piche. 

The Hazel and Simon Nakken Scholarship is awarded to transfer upper class students who are majoring in one of the natural sciences or mathematics. Students must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher and have a leadership record. 

The Ben McCashland Scholarship is awarded to upper class students pursuing a major in chemistry and biochemistry. 

The Senior Science Education Teacher Scholarship is awarded to full-time, senior students who are majoring in biological, physical, or earth science education and have outstanding potential for contributing to the field of science education.
