The Otter Tail County Highway Department has announced the reopening of County Highway 35 North of Underwood to all-through traffic.

While the road is open, drivers are advised to remain cautious, as lane closures may occur in the coming weeks. These closures are necessary to facilitate the contractor’s final cleanup and striping to complete the project.
