Emma Wiseman posted a career low 91 to place sixth at the Perham Lakeside Golf Course last week.

On Tuesday DGF hosted their Heart O’ Lakes Conference meet at Village Green in Moorhead. It was a beautiful day. Emma Wiseman led the Hornet golfers with a 9-hole score of 50.

Rylee Stock and Gracie Fales came in next with a 54. Lilly Adams had a 59, Ella Perala a 62 and Onalea Maijala a 68.

Ivy Tickel of Hawley was the medalist with a score of 37 to help Hawley take the team title. Barnesville was second, Perham third, DGF fourth and Frazee came in at fifth place.

Thursday was another beautiful day the Hornets traveled to Perham Lakeside Golf Course for Perham’s HOL meet. Frazee was shorthanded with only four golfers available, which is the minimum required to post a team score. The four golfers stepped up with a solid performance as the Hornets once again came in with a fifth place finish.

Wiseman again led the way with a career low 18-hole score of 91, which was good for a sixth place medal. Stock followed with a 101, Adams had a 119 and Perala had a 125. Lexi Badal of DGF was medalist with an 82. Hawley again won the team title followed by Barnesville, DGF and Perham.

Frazee has their final regular season meet on Monday, May 20 with the 18-hole HOL finale at Balmoral.

Frazee will participate in the Section 8AA tournament at Bemidji Town and Country Club from June 3-4.
