West Central Initiative has announced the appointment of Trevor Gervais as the organization’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This key appointment reflects West Central Initiative’s commitment to enhancing its financial strategies and ensuring sustainable growth for the organization and the region it serves.

Gervais brings a wealth of expertise in financial management, having most recently served as the Business and Finance Manager at Lake Region Medical Group, P.A., in Fergus Falls. As CFO, Gervais will direct the organization’s finance functions, supervise the accounting team, and work closely with the president, the board, and others to align financial strategies with the organization’s mission and objectives. He also will serve as a liaison to the board finance and audit committees regarding finances and financial strategy.

“I’m thrilled to join West Central Initiative and contribute to its mission of fostering a vibrant, prosperous region,” said Trevor. “I look forward to collaborating with this excellent team to build robust financial frameworks that support our programmatic, grantmaking, and fund-management activities.”

Gervais earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minn. He resides in Fergus Falls, with his wife and three children. Gervais enjoys spending time with family, golfing, hunting, attending community events, and supporting local youth and high school sports.
