The Frazee Hornets competed in the Long Prairie-Grey Eagles meet in their lone action last week.

The Frazee Hornets made the trek to Long Prairie-Grey Eagle last Monday night in their lone meet of the week. The Hornets competed in the 17-team meet as the boys finished in ninth place overall. 

Leading the charge for the boys team was Jonah Sharp who took 28th place with a time of 20:06.76.

Paul Sharp followed closely with a season best time of 20:42.12 to finish in 38th place. Talon Hoverson finished in 59th place with a time of 22:27.67, Eli Heston finished in 66th place with a time of 23:50.25 and Nolyn Prellwitz finished in 76th place with a time of 25:55.51. 

On the girls side, Madi Perrine led the way with a 30th place finish with a time of 24:15.25, while Lola Hoehne took 35th place with a time of 24:46.25. Also competing for the Hornets was Caleigh Pausch who took 71st place with a time of 29:39.67. 

In the junior high race, Rilynn Ruiz placed second overall with a time of 13:21.27 in the 2500-meter race. Chase Fett posted a season best time in the boys junior high race with a time of 15:48.87 to finish in 54th place.
