Lake Agassiz Regional Library will host a tour of author visits featuring Minnesota author Douglas Wood. Attendees will hear all about his new memoir, A Wild Path, as well as his experience as an author, artist, musician, naturalist and wilderness guide. Wood is the creator of classic children’s books including Old Turtle and A Quiet Place, as well as titles for adults including Deep Woods, Wild Waters and Paddle Whispers.

The tour is sponsored by Lake Agassiz Regional Library and will include visits to the following locations:

• Detroit Lakes Public Library, 1000 Washington Ave., on Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 2 p.m.

• Bagley Public Library, 79 Spencer Ave. SW., on Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 6 p.m.

• Ada Public Library, 107 4th Ave. E., on Wednesday, Oct. 2 at 2 p.m.

• Moorhead Public Library, 118 5th St. S., on Wednesday, Oct. 2 at 6:30 p.m.
