Hornets are 2-3 overall, kickoff set for 6 p.m.

The Frazee Hornets had their two game winning streak snapped on Friday night with a 45-7 loss to Pelican Rapids. The Vikings scored early through the air and continued to control the pace of the game throughout the contest. Individual stats from the game were not available at the time of press.

This week the Hornets will host Roseau as part of homecoming week, as well as their final regular season home game of the year.

Roseau comes into the game with a record of 2-3 overall after defeating Thief River Falls 22-12 in the regular season opener and defeating Crookston last week by a score of 40-6. Their losses are to Barnesville by a score of 56-12, Hawley by a score of 50-16 and Park Rapids Area by a score of 21-14.

Currently the Rams average 20.8 points per game on offense, while surrendering 29 points per game on defense.

Frazee, on the other hand averages 19.2 points game on offense and gives up 34.8 points per game on defense. Kickoff for Friday’s game is scheduled for 6 p.m.
