Minneapolis man dies in ATV accident

0ATV accident occurred in Wolf Lake Township
A 48-year-old Minneapolis man died in an all-terrain vehicle crash Saturday afternoon in Wolf Lake Township of Becker County.
The Becker County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an ATV accident on the Wolf Lake Forest Road in Wolf Lake Township Saturday, Oct. 12, at approximately 3 p.m.
A male, driving a 2020 Polaris Sportsman 1000, crashed when it went off the road while going around a corner.
First responders performed lifesaving efforts on the driver, but the male was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The victim was identified as Jeremy Paul Mickelson, age 48, of Minneapolis.
The crash remains under investigation.
The Becker County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by MN DNR Conservation, Wolf Lake Rescue, Wolf Lake Fire Department, and North Memorial Ambulance.
