Two Frazee churches are working together to pay down the meal debt at the Frazee-Vergas School District. Harvest Church will be donating collections from its Dec. 24 service and Bethlehem Lutheran Church will donate collections throughout the month of December to the cause. “The goal of this special pay down offering is threefold,” said Ryan Stockstrom, Harvest Church pastor. “First, we want to alleviate the burden to families over the Christmas season. Second, we want to alleviate this debt for the school. Third, we want to show a united effort as the churches of Frazee in Jesus’ name.”

The Frazee City Council may still consider some changes to the road that leads to the beach. The conversation was quick, and the council seemed to agree more discussion should be had about options to reduce traffic and provide optimum utilization of the public beach area.
