Eight teams to compete at Frazee meet

The Frazee Fly Girls competed at the Detroit Lakes Invite on Saturday, Dec 14. 

The event marked the first performance of the season for the JV jazz team who took second place out of four teams at the meet. The varsity jazz team finished in fifth place out of seven teams with score improvements in nearly every category.

The varsity kick team also showed some improvements with their scores as they took sixth place out of seven teams at the meet.

This week the Frazee Fly Girls will host their annual winter invite. The meet will be held on Friday night with the competition starting at 6 p.m. The doors will open at 5:40 p.m.

Teams attending the meet include: Detroit Lakes, Hawley, Pelican Rapids, Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton, Wadena-Deer Creek, Mahnomen-Waubun and Bagley.
