The Jesse Anderson Band will perform at the Cultural Center in New York Mills on Friday, March 28.

The New York Mills Regional Cultural Center will host the Jesse Anderson Band as part of its 2025 Spring Concert Series. The concert will take place on Friday, March 28, at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m., and all are welcome to attend this exciting live music event.

In a new initiative for Spring 2025, the Cultural Center is introducing a “pay as you’re able” model for its seasonal concert series, ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent community members from experiencing high-quality live music. This initiative is made possible through generous support from the Lake Region Arts Council (LRAC).

Hailing from Minneapolis, Minn., the Jesse Anderson Band is a dynamic five-piece original music ensemble blending rock, pop, and folk influences. Formed in 2022, the group features singer/songwriter Jesse Anderson alongside talented musicians Brody Kucera, Ben Brunfelt, Bob Delage and Jake Johnson. Known for their infectious melodies and engaging performances, their sound has been compared to Dave Matthews Band, Tom Waits, Beck and Coldplay.

The band has been touring extensively throughout the Midwest, playing to enthusiastic crowds in Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin. Currently, they are working on a second album, set for release later this year. Their live performances offer an irresistible mix of energy, storytelling, and musical craftsmanship that will have audiences dancing and smiling all night long.
