Two injured in Toad Lake Twp. motorcycle crash

0Two people were injured in a motorcycle crash that occurred in Toad Lake Township Monday, May 26.
The Becker County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call at 8:20 p.m., of a single motorcycle crash on County Road 56 east of County Road 117 with two people injured.
Emergency personnel from the Becker County Sheriff’s Office, St. Mary’s Ambulance, Wolf Lake Fire, Wolf Lake Rescue, and a Life Link Il l helicopter all responded to the scene. When Emergency personnel arrived, the driver, identified as Jacob Jerome Riggle, 26, of Waubun was injured and transported to St. Mary’s Hospital in Detroit Lakes.
The passenger, Asia Monique Bevins, 23, of Ogema had life threatening injuries and was transported by helicopter to Sanford in Fargo.
Neither party was wearing a helmet.
Both parties were admitted to the hospitals and their conditions are unknown at this time. This crash is under investigation and alcohol is believed to be a factor.
