The 2025 Turkey Days had nearly 60 vendors and food trucks, one of the largest collections of sellers for the festival in years.The Legacy Leaders Grand Marshals Dave and Roxann Daggett greet parade viewers during the Turkey Days Parade Sunday, June 27. Community Champion Grand Marshal Daneele Shipman was far less busy during the 2025 Turkey Days as it was the first without the Shipman Memorial Car Show in the past 16 years.The little turkey received a fresh paint job that was unveiled during the community picnic on Friday night. “Aliens” kidnapped the turkey and delivered it to Daggett Truck Line for a little over a week).Among the popular events on Main Street on Saturday was the frozen t-shirt contest, soap box races and turkey bowling.The Turkey Days Junior royalty were crowned Saturday, July 26.
