Above: The ballfield was full of a variety of entertainment for kids after the wiener races, from inflatable slides and jousting to face painting and calmer activities. Left: The Vergas Lions were busy on two fronts providing nearly 1,000 breakfast sandwiches to diners at the Event Center and fans of racing at the ballpark during the annual Running of the Wieners. Above left: Race Organizer Digger Anderson roused the Wiener racing faithful with a round of the wave during a lull prior to the semifinals of the Running of the Wieners.
