The Association of TeleServices International (ATSI) has awarded Arvig Answering Solutions two of its top awards in recognition of service excellence in the call answering industry.

Arvig Answering Solutions has earned ATSI’s Award of Distinction and—for the 16th consecutive year—the exclusive Award of Excellence.

The Award of Distinction is presented to call center service providers that demonstrate the highest quality standards for call-handling in enhanced service applications, including complex and high-stakes calls. 

The Award of Excellence recognizes superior overall performance in providing message services. As a 16-time winner, the Award of Excellence comes with a special designation, the Platinum Plus Award.

Arvig Answering Solutions was evaluated by an independent panel of judges over a six-month period, and was scored on criteria including response time, courteousness, call accuracy, account knowledge, overall impression, Customer Relationship Management system capabilities, use of proper call techniques and overall professionalism.

The awards were presented during ATSI’s 2025 annual conference in Phoenix, Ariz. 

ATSI is an international trade association representing providers of telecommunications and call center services including telephone answering and message delivery.
