The Frazee Hornets traveled to Moorhead on Friday night for the annual Minnesota State University Moorhead Twilight meet. The meet featured a mixture of high school and college races with 153 boys competing in the varsity race, while 130 girls participated in their varsity race. 

On the girls side, eighth grader Rilynn Ruiz led the way for the Hornets as she finished in 49th place with a time of 21:30. Lola Hoehne took 50th place with a time of 21:30, Bristol Larsen took 88th place with a time of 22:45, Brooklyn Riewer took 113th place with a time of 24:26, Caleigh Pausch took 122nd place with a time of 25:30, Zoey St. Germain took 128th place with a time of 25:57 and Madi Perrine finished in 129th place with a time of 25:59.

On the boys side, Jonah Sharp led the way as he finished in 73rd place with a time of 18:40, Hunter Piekarski finished in 112th place with a time of 19:56 and Talon Hoverson finished in 121st place with a time of 20:21. 

This week the Hornets traveled to Long Prairie-Grey Eagle on Monday in their lone meet of the week.
