This newly forged partnership will bring a broader range of services to Bogart, Pederson’s clientele as well as extend the communities Widseth serves.

Craig Wensmann, LS—Bogart, Pederson owner—will continue to lead the Becker team and serve as a vice president of Widseth.

“We’ll continue to have the reliable, experienced, and friendly staff our clients have come to rely on over the last 29 years. By joining with Widseth, we’ll be able to offer our clients a much broader range of services, adding efficiency to a seamless project experience, all while maintaining the humble, relationship-driven values embedded in our company’s DNA,” said Wensmann.

Widseth president Tim Ramerth, PE, added, “Culturally, our firms align very well, which is critical to helping our clients and our staff succeed. We are client experience driven, which is at the heart of our coming together—adding to the depth of our expertise, geographic reach, and level of service.
