A Frazee man faces potential charges after crashing his vehicle in Hobart Township on Sunday, May 3.

According to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Spencer Jacobs, of Frazee, crashed and rolled near a slough on the east side of East Wymer Lake Road at approximately 7:41 p.m.,

Arriving deputies found an unoccupied vehicle, but later located Jacobs. Another man had been in the vehicle at the time of the crash, according to the deputies’ report. Cody Jacobs, 33, was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Spencer Jacobs was arrested and faces pending charges of reckless driving, criminal vehicular operation, driving an uninsured vehicle and driving after revocation.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash. 

The accident remains under investigation.
