0The Henning Lions Club completed its spring Highway Cleanup on Wednesday, May 13, along County Highway 16 just west of Henning, Minnesota. This service project supports Lions Clubs International’s Environmental Pillar—one of the organization’s eight global pillars of service.
Ten members of the Henning Lions Club, including Club President Jon Dryer, volunteered their time to clean the stretch of Highway 16 from Highway 108 to the Oakwood Supper Club and Golf Course. Their efforts help keep the community’s roadways clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors alike.
