The annual puppy plunge was once again a popular event during Looney Days on Saturday. The North Stars Water Ski Show was held on Friday and Saturday night near Loon Park. One of the parade entrants used a water gun to spray people along the streets on Sunday. Jerry and Kathy Johnson were grand marshals of this year’s Looney Days parade. The Backyard in Perham not only had candy, but some mascots during the parade.
