The Frazee girls basketball team fell to 7-15 on the season as they dropped a pair of games in Heart O’ Lakes Conference action, as well as a non-conference game at home.

On Monday night the Hornets fell to Breckenridge by a score of 59-49 on the road. The conference loss was much closer than the first time the two teams played when the Cowgirls defeated the Hornets by a score of 52-37.

On Thursday the Hornets hosted Ada-Borup West in the final regular season home game for Frazee as the Hornets fell by a score of 71-60. 

On Saturday the Hornets dropped a close HOL Conference game to the Barnesville Trojans at Concordia College in Moorhead. Frazee lost to the Trojans by a score of 58-55 to drop to 2-10 in the conference and 7-15 overall. Last month the Hornets lost to the Trojans by a score of 56-46. The loss wraps up the conference schedule for Frazee as they are currently in seventh place in the conference, a half game behind Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton who is 2-9 in the conference and will wrap up their conference schedule next week against Hawley. 

Perham is currently leading the conference with a record of 11-0, while Pelican Rapids is in second place with a record of 8-3. 

This week the Hornets will have just one game on their schedule as they hit the road for a second trip to Moorhead. This time they will take on Park Christian in non-conference action on Tuesday night, before traveling to Ashby on Monday, Feb. 20 in another non-conference game.
