Nathan Joseph Wasche of Frazee has been charged with three felony counts of violating a restraining order.

According to Becker County District Court records, Wasche, 41, violated a harassment restraining order issued to protect a woman and three children, by driving a red Ford pickup truck slowly past their home in Detroit Lakes seven or eight times on Thursday, March 30.

Wasche must stay at least 200 feet away from the home due to requirements of the order for protection. The home is approximately 40 feet from the street.

From 2018-21, Wasche had multiple restraining order violation convictions, according to court records.

Bail or bond was set at $80,000 without conditions, or $40,000 bail or bond with conditions, on Friday, May 5.

Wasche posted a $40,000 bond 12 days later and was released with conditions, including no contact with the woman or the three children.

Wasche’s next court appearance is set for Monday, June 5 before Becker County District Court Judge Charles Glasrud.
