Lakeshirts, based in Detroit Lakes, has entered into an arrangement with Altered Latitudes.

Detroit Lakes, Minnesota apparel company Lakeshirts announced today that they have finalized a strategic alliance agreement with Altered Latitudes to become the exclusive wholesale provider of Altered Latitudes merchandise. Altered Latitudes, a South Carolina-based resort apparel and accessory manufacturer of nearly 10 years, is known especially for its performance garments centered on sun protection. The Altered Latitudes line will be treated as a stand-alone brand offering in Lakeshirts’ Blue 84 Resort garment line.

“Altered Latitudes is a perfect addition to our sales offering,” stated Mark Fritz, Lakeshirts’ Co-CEO. “We’ve been discussing the need for a solar protection solution for our customers for a while now, and we’re thrilled to be able to collaborate with whom we believe to be the best providers of this type of apparel in the United States. We think our customers are going to love the new offerings this great relationship will bring to them.”

“I could not have imagined a better company for us to team up with to help take the sales of our Altered Latitudes line to a whole new level,” said Altered Latitudes founder and Vapor Apparel President Jackson Burnett. “It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know everyone thus far at Lakeshirts, and we look forward to the benefits our association will create for both parties.”
