The Essentia Health St. Mary’s-Detroit Lakes Clinic will host an evening mammography event to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The complimentary event will be held from 5-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 4, at the Essentia Health St. Mary’s-Detroit Lakes Clinic, located at 1027 Washington Ave.

Activities include bra fittings, make-and-take floral arrangements and walk-in mammograms. Please contact your insurance if you have questions regarding mammogram coverage.

Dr. Audrey Park Skinner, a breast surgeon with Essentia, will present on breast health at 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Attendees can also learn about weight management, skin renewal and more. A breast cancer survivor walk will be held at 7 p.m.
