Otter Tail Lakes Country Association has announced the appointment of Tasha Rohlfs as their new Brand Ambassador.

Rohlfs has a rich background in public speaking and community development. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from Gustavus Adolphus College and a master’s degree in Communication from North Dakota State University.

Otter Tail Lakes Country Association (OTLCA) is Otter Tail County’s regional marketing agency. It is a membership-driven organization dedicated to putting Otter Tail County on the map through strategic promotion and marketing.

“We are thrilled to announce Tasha Rohlfs as our new Brand Ambassador. Tasha’s passion, creativity, and commitment to community align perfectly with the values of OTLCA,” said Dan Hurder, OTLCA Board Chair and owner of the Otter Supper Club and Lodge.

As OTLCA’s membership grows, so does its capacity to attract visitors and promote the region. Increased tourism directly benefits our local economy by driving business to shops, restaurants, and service providers. But the impact doesn’t stop there—it creates a halo effect, where visitors fall in love with the area and often return as future residents, business owners, and investors.

Tasha will travel throughout the county, engaging and connecting with businesses, community groups, nonprofits and other stakeholders to build excitement around OTLCA’s mission to make Otter Tail County a household name.

Tasha brings extensive experience to OTLCA, having served as the Founder and Project Manager of Otter Cove Children’s Museum, focusing on attracting and retaining young families to Otter Tail County. She also contributed to local community development through her work on the fundraising teams for Magnusson Park and the Riverfront Splash Pad.

Rohlfs commented, “I’m excited to meet with business owners and community members across the county and connect over our shared passion for growing Otter Tail County. I’d love the opportunity to present to your service club or organization—feel free to connect with me.”
